The Supportive Services Senior Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing reporting, task management and coordination of service programming. The Supportive Services Senior Coordinator will also hold a caseload that is assigned through internal referrals from our testing programs and research projects, specifically resources for people of color and those who identify as LGBQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer) and TGNC (transgender and gender non-conforming). The Supportive Services Senior Coordinator will be a part of the Supportive Services team and will work with a variety of community members who are referred to Supportive Services for additional assistance. They will be involved in working with community members over the phone or in person.

The HIV & STI Tester will specialize in LGB (lesbian, gay and bisexual) and TGNC (transgender and gender non-conforming) services as it relates to STI and HIV testing and network services such as: drop in and outreach-based STI and HIV testing services, including phlebotomy; HIV notification, linkage to care services for treatment and PrEP services, and STI treatment notification and linkage to care. The HIV & STI Tester will be a part of the Network Services team and will engage with community members over the phone and in person. Candidates will work in a sex-positive and LGBQ and TGNC affirming environment, are expected to actively pursue required knowledge and skills for professional development, and expected to stay informed about the resources available on the South side of Chicago that serve our population and inform the team on opportunities for collaboration.

The Research Coordinator will assist with day-to-day operations of funded projects that involve working with LGBTQ and criminal justice involved (CJI) individuals. This role will oversee several research projects with some oversight from the Research Manager and the Director of Research.
The candidate will be expected to actively pursue required knowledge and skills for professional development, and stay informed about the NIH and CDC regulations and requirements. The candidate will report to the Director of Research. Funded projects include COVID testing, HIV care, PrEP care, network science, substance use.

In this role, the Community Clinical Therapist is responsible for delivering quality, patient-centered care for individuals seeking mental health/ therapeutic services. This is in collaboration with and under the supervision of the Director of the Population Centered Health Homes (PCHH). This candidate will be part of the Supportive Services team, offering clinical consultation, support and supervision/debriefing as needed. Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
